Generate a service user API token in HiBob and paste it into your RefPassport settings. We use Bob's API to detect lifecycle events. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

When an employee's status changes to “terminated” or “offboarded” in Bob, RefPassport detects it automatically. No manual steps required.
